In this video, we show how to replace the chassis fan on your computer. The action in the following video should be performed by a Dell certified technician. Before you begin, remove the left side cover, the front cover and the drive bay. To remove the chassis fan, disconnect the fan cable. Press on the tab of your fan. Rotate it forward and remove it.
To install the chassis fan, align the tab and press it back in. Then reconnect the fan cable. For more information or support, visit: Dell.com/Support.
