What is the Dell Digital Locker? The Dell Digital Locker is your single destination to manage your purchased software products. Within your account, you can obtain your licenses, manage your subscriptions, and access any available downloads.
To start, go to Dell.com/software-and-subscriptions. Select "Sign in" and use your Dell Account to sign in or create a new one. If you want to register a product, navigate to the Registration tab. Enter your product registration code in the space provided and select Submit. You can enter multiple codes in one go. Now, let's take a look at all available options within the portal.
The Software and Licenses tab allows you to search for your software or other digital entitlements. Select the "Actions" button to see what actions are associated with your entitlement. Depending on what you have purchased, you can find detailed information like: Product Details: View product name, quantity, order number, license date, and more. Download Keys: Access keys or redemption codes necessary to activate your software. Downloads: Download software either directly from the Dell Digital Locker or via a link to the vendor. Get Support: Links to get support for your product. Read Me: For certain products, important information will be provided on how to download, activate, or register your software.
The Hardware or Software Service Tag will be shown under "Your Licenses" and link to the associated warranty and service information. The Registration tab is essential if you have purchased from a Partner or Reseller. Use this menu to register your product, transfer ownership, engage Dell Support, or determine the registration code status. The Subscriptions tab shows subscriptions that are automatically billed on a recurring basis. Manage billing and payment information, activate or deactivate automatic renewal, or request subscription cancellation.
Keep in mind that not all options are available for all subscriptions The Order History tab allows you to search for your software or other digital entitlements grouped by order number. View order details, download all text-based keys, and access product details. The User & Product Groups tab provides secure controlled access to other people in your organization. This menu allows you to provide secure restricted access to just the people and entitlements you want them to view or manage.
The Tools tab allows you to download activated license files or keys, activate software licenses in bulk, and download completed bulk CSV files. The Vouchers tab shows any available vouchers based on the products you have. Finally, the Help tab includes a FAQ section that covers all the features within the Dell Digital Locker.
