Dell Services are available all around the world and Dell International Services offers the security of knowing you can receive service and support when you travel with your Dell product outside your home country.
Dell International Support is best effort subject to local availability of parts and labor. Country specific parts such as keyboards are not typically available outside the home country.
For support during international travel, select the country where you are staying on the Contact Technical Support
page and enter your service tag number. Choose International Support
to access phone options for the traveling country. Note that if an asset is not sold in that country, support will not be available until you turn home.
Attention: Please note customers with Alienware, Inspiron, G-Series and XPS systems, including peripherals and monitors shipping from March 13, 2017, with Basic Warranty, will no longer have International Warranty Service when traveling or relocating outside the original country of purchase. An exception to this policy applies for customers travelling or relocating to Brazil or Argentina, or where no entitlements are sold. Products purchased outside Brazil have 90 days statutory warranty from the date of the invoice.
