In this video, we show how to replace the heat sink in a Dell Pro Micro Thin Client Q9M1260. The actions in the following video should be performed a Dell certified technician. Before you begin, remove side cover. To remove the heat sink, loosen the captive screws in a reverse sequential order. Then, lift it away from the system board. Before replacing the heat sink, ensure the existing thermal paste is removed. Then, apply new thermal paste to the processor.
