PowerVault ME5: Lost Connectivity to the SupportAssist Backend

PowerVault ME5 arrays on firmware version ME5.1.0.0.0 or ME5.1.0.1.0 that have SupportAssist configured using a direct connection, lose the ability to connect to the Dell endpoint from January 14, 2025. To restore SupportAssist connectivity, upgrade to the latest available PowerVault ME5 controller firmware available on Dell Support.
