In this video, we show how to replace the manifold supply and return in a Dell integrated rack IR7000. To begin, start by powering off all sleds, switches and connected equipment. Then, remove the power whip, the strain relief bar and hose kit. To remove the manifold supply and return, First, disconnect the quick connector from the hose attached to the manifold.
Next, remove the screws securing the manifold brackets. Then remove the screws from the top and bottom of the manifold Blind mate. Finally, detach the manifold and slide it out from the rear of the rack.
To install the manifold, supply and return, align and insert the manifold at the rear of the rack, ensuring it fits behind the top of the frame and passes through the canopy. Next, secure the top and bottom sections of the manifold blind mate with screws.
