How to Replace the Toner on Dell B5460dn and B5465dnf Laser Printers

Time to change your toner cartridge? 

When it's time to change the toner, your printer will alert you with a message on the screen. Here's how to change the cartridge. We're using a 5465 here, the 5460 uses the same cartridge and it's changed in the same way. Pull up on the button to open the front cover then pull down on the multipurpose feeder tray (MPF).

Pull the toner cartridge out using the blue handle. Unpack the new toner. Be sure to remove all the packing material. Locate the toner cartridge rails inside the printer, they're marked with blue arrows. Insert the cartridge by sliding it along the rails. Close the MPF tray, then the front cover.
