Before you can replace the UPI connecting box, please take care that you remove all modules on the front of the chassis. Now you need to release all 6 screws of the connecting box. Now use the black handle in the center of the connecting box. Pull it And carefully removed the connecting box out of the chassis.
Before inserting the UPI connecting box into the chassis, check each port for any physical damage or bent pins. Insert the new UPI connecting box into the chassis. Fully fasten the 6 screws of the connecting box. The new connecting box will be delivered without WYO or PEB or PEBS modules.
You need to take the original boards of the faulty box and reinsert them into the new connecting box. Now you need to reinsert all four modules back into their original positions.
