In this video, we show how to replace a the dual USB 3.2 Gen 2 module in a Dell Pro Micro Thin Client Q9M1260. Before you begin, remove the side cover. To remove the dual USB 3.2 Gen 2 module, loosen the captive screws. Then, slide the module at an angle and take it away from the system. If you are installing the dual USB 3.2 Gen 2 module for the first time, you will need to remove the port cover. Push against the port cover as shown until it comes off.
Then, insert the module into the slot on the back panel of the system. Align the tabs on the triangular markings on the chassis. Then, press the module on the system board until it clicks in place.
