To remove the memory module, loosen the two screws at the rear of the base cover. Remove the seven other screws and pry the cover off the system to remove it. Find the battery cable and remove the piece of tape. Unplug the cable. Identify the memory module and remove the piece of tape. Unlatch and lift the module out of the system.
To reinstall the memory module, place it back in the system. Re-latch it and reattach the piece of tape. Plug in the battery cable and reattach the piece of tape.
