For full safety information, view the Service Manual at: Dell.com/Support Your computer may look different from the one in this video. However, the service procedure is the same. Before you begin, remove the base cover, battery, SSD, wireless card, heatsink, and the system board.

To remove the USB Type-C board, turn the system board over. Remove the screws securing the board. And lift it off the system board. To install the USB Type-C board, align the board with the screw holes on the system board and place it. Then replace the screws to secure it. Then turn the system board over.
