Most Dell-branded hardware products such as keyboards, mouses, external hard drivers, speakers, do not have a Service Tag. To identify such products on Dell.com/support, use the model number of the peripheral device. The model number is available at the bottom of the device.
For Dell software and service contracts with no service tag, select the name of the software or service contract on Dell.com/support.
