How to collect Logs-Bundle for an Integrated Data Protection Appliance (IDPA)

This video will demonstrate collect procedure of a Logs-Bundle for an Integrated Data Protection Appliance (IDPA).

Welcome to Dell Technologies Integrated Data Protection Appliance (IDPA): How to Create and Collect a Log/Bundle for IDPA Appliance. 

Reference: Dell Knowledge Article 11126. This video demonstrates how to gather the IDPA logs from the ACM interface. Open the user interface of the ACM in a browser.

Log in to access the dashboard. Navigate to the upper right corner and click the log generation icon. Select Create log bundle from the context menu.

Now, select either a single component from which to collect logs or choose Select all to collect logs from all components. Download takes several minutes, depending on the size of appliance.

Next, navigate to the upper right corner and click the log generation icon. Select Download log bundle from the context menu. Reference the following for more information.
