It’s easy to recycle your used computer equipment with the help of Dell. Dell is committed to protecting the environment and providing convenient solutions to help you recycle your PC and IT equipment. We accept any brand of used equipment in any condition and many devices are eligible to receive credit on future Dell purchases.
Through Dell, you can recycle PCs, laptops, monitors, workstations, printers, keyboards, and more, regardless of the brand. We even have a program for recycling old batteries. Whether you’re a single residence or a large business, we’re dedicated to transforming your old equipment into something new.
When turning in your used equipment, make sure to back up and remove all the data stored on any device. You can use Dell Migrate service to help move data and settings from your old PC to your new one before you recycle. For specific business equipment, we offer media sanitation services. To get started, go to Dell.com/Recycle and click on “Recycle Now” under “Get started”.
Scroll down for more information on Dell's recycling process and our recycling history. Once on the recycle page, look for “Which service do you need in your region?”. Choose either “Home” or “Business”, and then you’ll be asked what you want to recycle.
Select the appropriate category and choose either “Trade in devices for Dell Credit”, “Recycle old electronics”, or “Donate old equipment”. If you have any questions about our recycling process, contact us via one of the options on our support website.
