To remove the solid state drive 2280. Remove the six screws on the base cover. Loosen the two screws in the back corners of the base cover. Pry the base cover away from the recessed points near the hinges to remove it. Identify the solid state drive and remove the screws securing it.
Unlatch the drive and remove it from the system to reinstall the solid state drive 2280 relatch it to the system and tighten the screw to secure it. Place the base cover back on the system and tighten the screws to secure it.
