How to remove the IO Board for XPS 15 (L521x)

This video will demonstrate the removal procedure of an IO Board for the XPS 15 (L521x).

1. Disconnect the I/O-board grounding cable from the system board.
2. Lift the connector latch and, using the pull-tab, disconnect the I/O-board cable from the system board.
3. Peel the tapes that secure the I/O-board cable and the I/O-board grounding cable to the palm-rest assembly.
4. Remove the screw that secures the I/O board to the palm-rest assembly.
5. Lift the I/O board along with its cables away from the palm-rest assembly.
