For full safety information, view the service manual at Dell.com/Support. Before you begin, remove the base cover and keyboard control board. To remove the keyboard, push the keyboard release latch using a plastic scribe. Then turn the system and open the display to 180 degrees.
Pry the edges using a plastic scribe to release the keyboard from the system. Then slide and lift it away from the system. To install the keyboard, align the keyboard on the system with the latches on palmrest and insert.
Then insert the keyboard cable through the hole. Then press and snap the keyboard on place. Close the display. And turn the system. Pull the keyboard cable. For more information or support, visit Dell.com/Support.
