In this video we show how to replace the left IO board on your computer. The actions in the following video should be performed by a Del certified technician. Your computer may look different from the one shown in the video. However, the service procedure is the same. Before you begin, remove the base cover. First, disconnect the fan cable. And speaker cable. Then remove the IO board screws. And remove the PC bridge board screws in a reverse order. And now you remove the PCB bridge board.
Now lift and remove the left IO board To install the left IO board, align and place there you board. Place the PC bridge board. Fix the screws in order. Then fix the IO board screws back. Connect the fan cable back. And the speaker cable. For more information or support, visit Dell.com/Support.
