To remove the backplane and perk module with the air shroud, fan carrier and drive back plane cover removed. Disconnect the power and data cables. Then push back on the release clips and lift and pull it out of the system. To disconnect the perc module from the backplane.
First we need to disconnect all the cables. And flip it back over. Then loosen these 2 screws and remove. To install the perk module to the backplane, align it with the post inside together, then tighten the thumb screws. And flip it over. Let's reconnect all the power and data cables starting with this power cable connect and then sorry PA one this cable to the perk module.
