Your computer may look different from the one shown in this video. However, the service procedure is the same. Before you begin, remove the base cover, battery, m.2 2230 SSD and system board.
To remove the thermal plate, remove the screws that secure it to the system board. Then lift and remove the thermal plate from the system board.
