Before you can start, you need to remove the front bezel of the module. To do this, you need to press the blue button on the right side. Put your finger into the hole to the left of the button and pull out the plastic bezel from its position. Continue with the step on the bezel below the module you want to replace as well. Identify the torque screw size.
T 15 torque's screwdriver. Loosen the two screws on the front of the bulliwana as module until the white lever can be moved. Now press down the two we levers and pull them towards you to remove the module a bit from the chassis. Be careful. The module is heavy, so please use a server lift to move out the module completely or use a second person to help you glide the module out. Before inserting a CPB board into the chassis, check each PCIE Express connector and also the UPI connector for any damage.
Also take care that you don't touch the metal frame with the connectors during insertion. Insert a new Biwanas module with 2 people, or you can use a server lift if available. When inserting, make sure the white labeled handles are completely down. Gently push the module into the chassis and press the module with two fingers in its final position.
Pull the two white levers to the up position to lock the server module. Fasten the two screws. Make sure to only tighten to 7 IBS of pressure, or when the screw stops turning. Put back the two bezels you had removed earlier.
