Your System Service Manual includes a guide showing the steps to reseat the customer-replaceable units on your PC. The list of replaceable units differs by model. To find your service manual, go to Dell.com/Support.
Identify your system by typing the service tag into the search bar. Click on the “Documentation” tab and scroll down to the “Manuals and Documents” section. Open the document labeled “Service Manual” and click on “View PDF” or “HTML” to download your chosen manual.
When manuals or guides are available in other languages a drop-down menu will allow you to change the language. Open the manual and locate the “Removing and Installing Components” chapter. Click on each replaceable component for the resetting instructions.
Be careful while removing each part to make sure there is no damage caused during the process. Check the system functionality after resetting or removing the components.
