This video will demonstrate on Dell Blade IO Manager Overview.
Bienvenidos. In this short video, I'll introduce Dell's latest management edition to the Blade IO portfolio called Dell Blade IO Manager. This is an embedded graphical user interface for power edge Mio A and power edge Fniom devices. Dell Blade IO manager provides a dashboard that organizes and presents critical summaries about the device information found on the dashboard include product properties, average bandwidth and alerts.
The Dell Blade IO manager has an initial set up wizard that launches the first time you can log in the wizard guides you through basic configurations to get you up and running as quickly as possible. The initial set up wizard includes configurations for IO a mode, network settings, log in credentials. S MP settings, uplink failure detection and network time protocol. The last step of the wizard shows the summary of selected configuration settings on the dashboard.
You can view additional information about the device port details, shows information about the internal and external ports including their status and speed, administrative state V land and lack. If you configure your device to be in stack mode. The dashboard shows information about the overall summary of the stack as well as details about each port in the stack. The stack summary page provides information about the master standby and member nodes including details of the stacked links from the dashboard. The IOA devices can be configured for virtual link trunking or VLT mode.
The dashboard shows information about the primary devices including its backup link, domain statistics and active V lands. The Dell Blade IO manager also includes various configurations including assigning internal ports to Alan from the dashboard. You can quickly get to the V land provisioning page here. The page displays a logical view of the internal ports associated with the server slots on the power edge chassis, simply select the internal ports desired and edit their V land assignment. For example, add internal ports to a V land and tag that V land. Once you're done, configuring the graphical user interface displays the output status.
Another Dell Blade IO manager feature is port configuration to configure ports, select the desired ports such as all ports, internal ports, external ports or an individual port. Then configure properties such as the administrative state port speed and auto lag similar to the Vilan assignment page. The port configuration page displays the configuration results in some. The Dell Blade IO manager offers provisioning and monitoring capabilities for the power edge mio A and the power edge fniom devices. Unlike the complexities of CLI the Dell Blade IO manager, graphical user interface saves time with an intuitive and user friendly design
