a) Added support for Mac OS Dell Display Manager (Mac DDM)
b) Fixed KVM switching issue
c) Upgraded NVM from 61 to 64

2. Update monitor FW before running Mac DDM1.5
3. If you have already launched Mac DDM1.5, please close the window and update the monitor FW first. Upon successfully updating the FW, proceed to run Mac DDM1.5.

Installation step:
a) Download the pkg file (Dell_MonitorFirmwareUpdateUtility_U4021QW_M2T102.pkg)
b) Double-click it to launch the installer
c) Follow the installation steps on the monitor screen
