1. Read over the release information presented by executing the "./PECC2100_BMC_FRMW_LX_R293435.BIN --version" command from the shell.

Download

Extract Files
1. Browse to the location where you downloaded the file and double-click the new file to unzip the download package.
2. Specify the location to unzip the files.
3. Click on the unzip button to extract files.


Copy firm.bin to your destination working folder
and then enter DCSFWU folder where you extract :

1) For MS-DOS
1. copy "DCSFWUD.EXE" and "inif.ini" to your destination working folder
2. exexute dcsfwud -e=0 -i=./firm.bin to update firmware.

2) For Linux
1. go to console environment (ex: Borne Shell)
2. copy "dcsfwul" and *.so file to your destination working directory
3. set the attribute of dcsfwul is executable
(1) cd to the directory which contains dcsfwul
(2) use the following command
chmod a+x dcsfwul
4. execute the following command
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=.:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
5. exexute ./dcsfwul -e=0 -i=./firm.bin to update firmware.

3) For Windows
1. copy "dcsfwuw.exe" and all *.dll files to your destination working folder
2. use "Command Prompt" (cmd.exe) under Windows
3. type "dcsfwuw.exe -help" to show usage prompt

You can update firmware via TFTP, FTP. HTTP, USB interface. Please see README.txt for more instructions
