Dell OpenManage Integration with ServiceNow enables integration of OpenManage Enterprise and SupportAssist Enterprise applications with ServiceNow. OpenManage Enterprise and SupportAssist Enterprise are one-to-many system management applications that are installed in a data center to manage and monitor Dell devices. With the integration, additional capabilities of ServiceNow such as IT service management, IT operations management, event management, and operations intelligence are provided to the administrators in a data center.
