Install the firmware package using Wyse Management Suite
Steps 1. Go to the Groups & Configs page and select a group. 2. From the Edit Policies drop-down menu, click ThinOS 10.x. The Configuration Control | ThinOS window is displayed. 3. In the left pane, click Standard. 4. From the Standard menu, expand Firmware, and click Peripherals Firmware Updates. NOTE: If you cannot locate the Peripherals Firmware Updates option under the Standard tab, use the Advanced tab. 5. Click Browse and select the ThinOS peripheral firmware package to upload. 6. Expand the category of the peripheral and select it. 7. Verify and ensure that the switch option of the category is INSTALL. 8. Click Save & Publish. The thin client downloads the peripheral firmware package and installs it. The Dell U2724DE monitor firmware update completes during package installation.
