- Supports Tokyo, Utah and Vancouver versions of ServiceNow.
- Supports syncing of all the cases from Secure Connect Gateway.

Fixes:
- All sync. features(inventory, event, health, and cases) stop working, when MID server is down, or disconnected for a short period of time.
- All sync. features stop working and show duplicate and stale ECCQ packets.
- Event sync fails if more than 1000 new alerts are received from OpenManage Enterprise at the scheduled interval.
- Inventory sync stops working when incomplete memory modules data is provided by OpenManage Enterprise for a server inventory.
- During event sync without inventory, the events from alternate ECCQ packets fail to sync.
- Enhanced troubleshooting guide based on inputs from the field.
