Fixes & Enhancements

Fixes:

Fix1: Add a sequence to clear the "health monitoring done bit" every time before health monitoring is triggered.
Fix2: Device starts GC (enables flow control) with 4K random write. There is no performance drop with other workloads(Seq Read / Ran Read / Ran Write). The host should use the sanitize or TRIM(all ranges) instead of the secure erase or waits for GC finishing for a while. Category of Smart ID 245 (Percent Drive Life Remaining) is Pre-failure.
Fix3: Set the Category of Smart ID 245 (Percent Drive Life Remaining) to Advisory.
