Fixes & Enhancements

Enhancements
============
- Added support of Windows Server 2025.

Known Issues
===========
- In Intel(R) Ethernet Adapters, the number of Virtual Functions (VFs) displayed in the HII may not match the count
of VFs advertised by the operating system. {296925}
- Use of the 4x25 quad breakout or 1x100 port option will only work on Port 2 of Intel(R) Ethernet
100G 2P E810-C Adapter products.
- On the Intel(R) Ethernet 100G 2P E810-2C Adapter, the "Port" option in the Intel Proset Advanced Utility tool shows
the second port as Port "A" instead of Port "B" that is printed on the metal bracket. This is due to the slot being
set to a x8 bifurcated mode and each port having its own dedicated controller. {281148}
Additionally, unexpected SLOT enumeration within the OS may be observed. {297759}
- When operating in Windows environment, the number of VFs per physical port is limited to 128. {281646}
- If a port is configured for iSCSI boot, and it successfully connected to its boot target, then you cannot modify
the port settings in the Device Settings if the "Permit Total Port Shutdown" is enabled. {280945}
- If a port is configured for iSCSI boot, and it successfully connected to its boot target, then you cannot modify
or disable the port settings in the Lifecycle Controller or in the OS since it can cause the OS to halt. {280945}
- When Hyper-V is enabled on Intel E810-based adapters, RDMA traffic counters can be observed
on virtual functions but not on physical functions. {268870}
- Received packets with incorrect length can generate alarms in VMware ESXi 7.0U2 and later. These
alarms can be ignored. Please reference this VMware KB article for more details:
https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/83627 {229496} {232005}
- If a port of the Intel adapter is configured for iSCSI boot, driver update with a driver DUP could require boot for the
changes to take effect. {281496}
- SET teaming is not supported when VMQ is enabled on Intel(R) i350-based NICs. i350 driver does not have support
dynamic VMQ feature {266738}
- In certain configurations, ports 3 & 4 of the Intel(R) Ethernet 4P X710/I350 rNDC may connect at 10Mbps speeds.
This speed is not supported and it is recommended to reconfigure these connections to use 100Mbps or 1Gbps.
- Ping loss may occur on specific packet sizes with jumbo frames and a static VLAN. The affected packet sizes 1999, and 2001-2005.
To avoid the issue, please use a packet size that is not in the affected list. {307505}
