Fixes & Enhancements

Fixes:
- Boot Driver Disabled option added for HBA355e and HBA355e-s cards under BIOS > Integrated Devices > Slot Disablement.
- Changed the default value of LLC Prefetch in BIOS > Processor sub-menu from Enabled to Disabled. To resolve performance degradation on Intel Xeon CPU Max Series 94xx under the HPCG benchmark, manually set Processor LLC Prefetch on all threads to Disabled, as it was mistakenly Enabled since BIOS version 2.0.0.
- Fixed an issue where the system would stop temporarily at 'Initializing PCIe, USB, and Video... Done' when a Gen1 Sangoma A200 card is installed.
- Fixed the missing NVMe NBFT entries for some discovery controllers.

Enhancements:
- Added "Read-only" option for "UEFI Variable Access" in BIOS SETUP to disable SetVariable in OS runtime.
- Added multi-function device support for NVMe Hot-Plug driver.
- Added "Interactive Mode" option under "Boot Settings" in UEFI Boot Mode to control boot flow. Enabled by default, it returns to Boot Manager interface; if disabled, it attempts the next boot option.
- Added "ACPI FPDT" BIOS option to decide whether to publish ACPI Firmware Performance Data Table (FPDT) for OS; default is Disabled.
- Updated the followings:
* Intel processor microcode to version 0x5D2 in the 4th Generation Intel Xeon Scalable Processors Family.
* S160 Software RAID UEFI driver: 7.4.0.0000.
- Updated OA marker key 2.7.
- Support 2nd M.2 NVMe Direct Riser for Redundant OS Location
- Keep the BIOS Settings after the CMOS battery is removed or damaged.
- To prevent the BIOS from asserting because the Windows Hardware Error Architecture (WHEA) FV header is corrupted.
