This security vulnerability allows the authentication bypass through improperly handled exceptions during the authentication process.

The following is the recommendation for installing the OpenManage Server Administrator 11.0.1.2 patch:

When you apply the OM 11.0.1.2 patch without installing OM 11.0.1.0 Server Administrator Webserver Interface, the following error message is displayed on the Command Line Interface (CLI):
"setup.sh: No applicable versions needing patch".

Before applying the OM 11.0.1.2 patch, ensure that the OM 11.0.1.0 Server Administrator Webserver Interface is installed on the Linux operating system.
To download the installer, complete the following steps:
1. Click Download to download the "OM11012_RHEL9_A00.tar.gz" file.
2. When the file download window appears, click Save to save the installer file to your hard drive.

To extract the files, complete the following steps:
1. Go to the directory path where the tar.gz is downloaded.
2. Run "tar -xzvf OM11012_RHEL9_A00.tar.gz" on the file to unzip the contents into the current directory.

To install the patch, complete the following steps:
1. Login as root to the system and go to the directory with the unzipped contents.
