We detect that your PC is running Windows 10 S, which does not support the download of the Dell OS Recovery Tool. Please try again from a PC running Windows 7, 8.1, or 10.

Cum funcționează:

  1. Descărcați și instalați instrumentul Dell OS Recovery.
  2. Lansați instrumentul și introduceți eticheta de service pentru dispozitivul care va reinstala sistemul de operare.
  3. Selectați sistemul de operare pe care doriți să-l instalați. Instrumentul OS Recovery va crea unitatea de recuperare.
  4. Instalați sistemul de operare utilizând unitatea de recuperare nou creată. Această acțiune va elimina toate datele și software-ul de pe hard disk și va restaura sistemul de operare instalat din fabrică.

Notă: dacă KB5025885 a fost instalat pe sistem și ați adăugat pașii manuali conform recomandării de securitate Microsoft, este posibil ca Dell OSRI (streaming și descărcare ISO) să nu se încarce cu succes. Pentru detalii despre impactul reinstalării Windows, citiți articolul.
