Dell iDRAC Service Module (VIB) for ESXi 6.0, v2.2

The Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller (iDRAC) Service Module is a lightweight optional software application that can be installed on Dell 12th Generation Server or greater with iDRAC7
It complements iDRAC interfaces – Graphical User Interface (GUI), Remote Access Controller Admin (RACADM) CLI and Web Service Management (WSMAN) with additional monitoring data.

Installation instructions
1. Click the Download File link to download the zip file.
2. When the File Download window appears, click Save to save the file to your hard drive.

1. Login to the system running VMware Vsphere Client or vCenter-Server
2. Bring the intended ESXi host into Maintenance Mode
3. For VUM based installs, Select the ESXi host. Click Update Manager, Admin view, Patch Repository, Import Patches and follow the online instructions to upload the patch successfully. The offline bundle is displayed.
4. For other install methods, unzip the offline bundle to extract the vib and the vib to install iDRAC Service Module on the desired ESXi host
Important Information
The new features such as Prepare to Remove NVMe device through iDRAC, Automating Technical Support Report OS collection are supported only on 12th and 13th generation servers with minimum firmware version of or later.
Warning: Do not turn off your computer or disconnect from your power source while updating the BIOS or you may harm your computer. During the update, your computer will restart and you will briefly see a black screen.
