iDRAC Service Module OS DUP

The Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller (iDRAC) Service Module is a lightweight optional software application that can be installed on Dell 12th Generation Server and above with iDRAC7 or later.

It complements iDRAC interfaces – Graphical User Interface (GUI), Remote Access Controller Admin (RACADM) CLI and Web Service Management (WSMAN) with additional monitoring data.

For Linux:

1 Click the Download File link to download the file.
2 When the File Download window appears, click Save to save the file to your hard drive.

1. Ensure to login as root user.
2. Navigate to the path where the file was downloaded.
3. # ./.bin
Warning: Do not turn off your computer or disconnect from your power source while updating the BIOS or you may harm your computer. During the update, your computer will restart and you will briefly see a black screen.
