PowerStore: Replication target consumes more space than the source

Symptoms
Possible scenarios:
- Replication destination volume consumes more space than the source volume.
- Replication destination volume group takes up more space than the corresponding source volume group.
- For file system replication, the total used space on the target system is greater than the source system. Since the destination of file system replication is not mapped to NAS server, the space utilization is not reported on PowerStore Manager user interface (UI).
Cause
This issue occurs when the internal system snapshots used for replication are not expired.
Resolution
This issue will be resolved in a future release of PowerStoreOS.
