NetWorker: RAP objects NSR cloneconfig and NSR dd replication device may be silently deleted at startup

Symptoms
- Changes made to new nsr cloneconfig RAP resource do not persist beyond NetWorker server service restarts
- New Orchestrated Replication nsr dd replication device resources are deleted upon service restarts
- Resource files appear in nsrdb/dbg folder following restart
Cause
This is a result of NetWorker failing to recognize the new resource objects as legitimate and deleting them as being corrupt.
Resolution
The fix is pending and should be available in an upcoming version of NetWorker. The issue affects all versions where the new resource objects appear:
- nsr cloneconfig - NetWorker 19.7.0.0-4, 19.8.0.0-2 and 19.9.0.0-1
- nsr dd replication device - NetWorker 19.8.0.0-2 and 19.9.0.0-1
