xDoctor reports a node's CMOS battery is low and is need of replacement.

Cause

Over time the CMOS battery runs out of useful charge and requires replacement.
 
To validate the issue, run the following command on the node reported and see the related errors confirming that the CMOS battery is failing.
Command:
# sudo ipmitool sel elist
Example:
admin@node1:~> sudo ipmitool sel elist
   1 | 03/29/2023 | 13:30:07 | Event Logging Disabled SEL | Log area reset/cleared | Asserted

Resolution

Collect the outputs from the above command and open a Dell Support service request referencing this article 215722 to have the part replaced.
