Symptoms
Total Capacity value for ME Storage in CloudIQ differ.
Cause
For the overall system size, CloudIQ aggregates the sizes of the underlying disk groups. The distinction results from how the size values are handled and presented.
Resolution
While the ME4 element manager has a choice to use Base 10 or Base 2, CloudIQ uses Base 2 when calculating sizes. The disparity was caused as the customer used Base 10 in ME.
