To install Phi-3.5-mini-instruct:

The steps below assume that you have already downloaded and extracted the needed prerequisites.

Right-click the Windows start menu and select Terminal (Admin).

Note: Click Yes if prompted by User Account Control.
Change the directory in the Terminal to where you extracted your files into. Example type cd C:\DPAIS\ARM64 and press Enter.
In Terminal type .\windowsdesktop-runtime-8.0.15-win-arm64.exe /install /quiet /norestart and press Enter.
$Type .\windowsdesktop-runtime-8.0.15-win-arm64.exe /install /quiet /norestart and press Enter$
In Terminal type .\aspnetcore-runtime-8.0.15-win-arm64.exe /install /quiet /norestart and press Enter.
$Type .\aspnetcore-runtime-8.0.15-win-arm64.exe /install /quiet /norestart and press Enter$
In Terminal type .\VC_redist.arm64.exe /install /quiet /norestart and press Enter.
$Type .\VC_redist.arm64.exe /install /quiet /norestart and press Enter$
In Terminal type .\Dell.Core.Services.Installer_Arm64.msi /qn /norestart and press Enter.
$Type .\Dell.Core.Services.Installer_Arm64.msi /qn /norestart and press Enter$
In Terminal type .\Dell.AI.Framework.arm64.msi /qn /norestart and press Enter.
$type .\Dell.AI.Framework.arm64.msi /qn /norestart and press Enter$
In Terminal type .\Dell.Model.Phi-3.5-mini-instruct.NPU.Genie.arm64.msi /qn /norestart and press Enter.
$type .\Dell.Model.Phi-3.5-mini-instruct.NPU.Genie.arm64.msi /qn /norestart and press Enter$
Note: The Dell.Model.Phi-3.5-mini-instruct.NPU.Genie.arm64.msi file expects the Phi-3.5-mini-instruct.zip file to be in the same directory or else the installation fails.
Reboot your computer to finish the installation process.
