Cause

Missing Network Card in Slot M

This alert is generated:

EVT‑NETM‑00019

The alert is generated because the system detects that the network card expected in slot M is not present. This condition occurs when the physical card is absent, improperly seated, or has failed to initialize during the hardware detection phase.
 

  • Hardware detection routine reports Network Card in slot M is missing.
  • Possible reasons include removal of the card, loose connection, or card failure.
  • No additional system or environmental factors are indicated in the alert.

Resolution

Check and reseat the network card in slot M.
