SourceOne Console Error Occurs when Native Archive Folder Exceeds 2.1 Billion Items

Some archive folders may not be displayed after acknowledging the error. The folder which generated the error cannot be expanded.
Cause
A software defect cited in SDR 60807 causes this error. Once the number of Volume Items in a single folder exceeds 2,152,631,789, the count can no longer be stored within a 32-bit integer variable.
Resolution
This issue is addressed in SourceOne Email Management versions 7.2 SP5 or later. SourceOne Patch and Service Packs are available for download on Dell Support Drivers & Downloads.
