Dell EMC Unity: Warning: Upgrade "dm::check_nas_servers_health_3" (User Correctable)

Symptoms
One (or more) of the "NAS Servers" on the Unity system may not be in a fully healthy state. Its possible they may be in a degraded state resulting in loss of access to end-users.
Cause
Navigate to the following area of the Unity webui.
Left hand side select "STORAGE" > "File"
Then on the "File" Page on top right select "NAS Servers"
This will display the "NAS Servers" configured on the Unity platform. These are the servers that you can typically have users accessing as a network resource. One (or more) of the NAS servers may show a warning or error symbol. Select the NAS Server displaying the problem and click the "Pencil" Icon
Mouse over the "Status Icon", this will display a popup of what is the current problem. There are many possible causes of the problem.

Resolution
In this example we had a LDAP configuration problem. Upon further investigation of the "Naming Services" and "LDAP/NIS" configurations a typo was encountered.
Please note the cause and resolution to this problem varies per instance so you will need to investigate & resolve your specific situation.
Once configuration is confirmed accurate then click the refresh button (top right hand side) in your Unisphere GUI page to force a refresh of the system settings.
