Symptoms
All Data Protection Advisor (DPA) reports which report the bytes_protected value do not match the bytes_protected value with reports from Avamar.
Cause
The DPA Avamar jobmonitor request does not collect the bytes_protected value from the Avamar MCS database.
Resolution
Resolved in a Data Protection Advisor 19.4.0 with the latest Agent patch build.
Resolved in a Data Protection Advisor 19.5.0 with the latest Agent patch build.
