Symptoms
RED alarm 'VXR034019' present in vCenter portal
When VXR034019 is reported, Remote connectivity has been disabled, the call home function does not work.
Cause
DELL backend error has happened. Remote connectivity has been disabled.
Resolution
To recover the remote support connectivity, reenable it.
