PowerScale: Secondary OneFS Cluster Configuration Failure

Symptoms
In OneFS 9.2 and later, CloudPools cannot be configured between OneFS and OneFS with below error:

Cause
It is caused by disabling HTTP Basic Authentication as default in OneFS 9.2 and later.
Resolution
Enable HTTP Basic Authentication as shown below:
tgt-1# isi_gconfig -t web-config auth_basic auth_basic (bool) = false <<< default value in OneFS 9.2 and newer tgt-1# isi_gconfig -t web-config auth_basic=true tgt-1# isi_gconfig -t web-config auth_basic auth_basic (bool) = true tgt-1#
