Avamar 19.10: Backup List is Taking Too Long to Process

Symptoms
In the Avamar User Interface (AUI), Avamar Java Administration UI, or from the MCCLI command-line interface, when trying to list backups for a client it takes extended time or there is a timeout failure.
Cause
Dell Avamar engineering filed a defect for this issue.
Resolution
Avamar 19.10 cumulative hotfix 338807 for Avamar Server, including Avamar Virtual Edition, has been released and posted on the Dell support site.
This hotfix, and any cumulative patch after this, includes the fix for slow backup listing.
