Cause
De vmware-plug-in-service heeft geen geheugen meer.
Dit blijkt uit de foutmelding:
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
Het maximale geheugen dat de vmware-plug-in-service kan toewijzen is standaard 312 MB, zoals opgegeven in het bestand /usr/local/brs/lib/vmware-plugin/bin/vmware-plugin.
Ook blijkt uit de garbage collection logs (jvm-gc-vmware-plugin.log) dat het Java-proces toewijzingsfouten ondervond, wat leidde tot een volledige pauze in het garbage collection-proces:

Deze fouten en logboeken geven aan dat de vmware-plug-inservice is beëindigd vanwege een Java heap space-fout, waardoor de service opnieuw wordt gestart.
Resolution
Als u de waarschuwing in de PPDM-gebruikersinterface wilt wissen, verwijdert u de Java heap dump.
Als dit een eenmalig probleem was, controleer dan of dit zich in de toekomst zal voordoen.
Als de service te vaak niet reageert, neemt u contact op met de klantenservice van Dell voor verdere hulp, door een PPDM-logboekbundel te verstrekken.
