Cause

這些故障是由配置錯誤的組合造成的 WinRM 偵聽程式、不正確或遺失 SSL 憑證指紋、缺少所需連接埠的防火牆規則，以及存在不支援 Azure Arc 的 Azure Stack HCI 叢集，這些在 PPDM 20.1 中不受支援。

Resolution

  1. 設定 WinRM HTTPS 接聽程式
    • 建立 HTTPS WinRM 每個 Hyper-V 節點的埠 5986 上的偵聽器。
    • 確保每個偵聽程式都使用正確的憑證指紋，並且 DNSNameList/SAN 包含群集名稱。
    • 驗證 偵聽器與 winrm enumerate 和 Invoke-WebRequest。
  2. 部署符合的 SSL 憑證
    • 產生 與叢集 FQDN 相符的 SSL 憑證。
    • 將憑證部署 至所有叢集節點。
    • 更新 每個節點的 WinRM 用於引用新指紋的 HTTPS 偵聽器。
  3. 更新防火牆規則
    • 在每個節點上新增入站規則以允許 TCP 5986 （WinRM HTTPS） 和 TCP 5896 （代理程式通訊）。
  4. 重新產生 PowerProtect Data Manager 存取組態
    • 在每個節點上執行「重新產生 PPDM 存取組態」。
    • 確認 FQDN、主機名稱和憑證指紋符合預期的值。
  5. 設定 PowerProtect Data Manager 叢集群組
    • 為六節點 Hyper-V 叢集中的兩個額外節點新增缺少的 PowerProtect Data Manager 叢集群組項目。
  6. 驗證連線能力
    • 將 每個 Hyper-V 群集重新添加為資產源;驗證所有節點均已連線。
    • 確認 資料移動器代理程式安裝和備份工作在未執行的情況下執行 500‑code 或 ZeroMQ 錯誤。
