I/O traffic to/from a VxFlex volume might be very slow (a few MB/s), even if network connectivity is fine

Impact

Unable to use a volume on a Compute Node.

Cause

SDC was misconfigured - the MDM IP configuration contained addresses which were not MDM's, what affected entire communication between the SDC and the rest of the cluster.

Resolution

Problem was fixed by correcting SDC configuration to point only to the correct MDM IP addresses.
